This 260 hours workshop track was designed to qualify the candidates who
graduate as a qualified technical support specialist. This workshop depends
mainly on the candidates knowledge and will focus on more practices, hands on
experiences, and troubleshooting cases, in order to be qualified as a technical
support specialist.
